Product Introduction;

This instrument adopts an integrated containerized metal pipeline and is a fully automatic testing instrument that uses gas displacement method to detect the true density of liquids (non-volatile, non corrosive) and solid substances. The instrument is mainly used in industries such as food safety, new energy, new materials, environmental protection, and mining, and can test substances such as food, beverages, petroleum, coal, floating beads, alumina, refractory materials, battery materials, etc.

working principle;

Using Archimedes' principle - gas expansion displacement method, small molecule inert gas (He or N2) is used as the medium, and the ideal gas state equation: PV=nRT is used to calculate the volume of gas displaced by the sample in the test chamber, so as to accurately measure the skeleton volume (including closed pores) of the sample. Then, the true density value is calculated based on the density equation: ρ=M/V

The gas expansion displacement method replaces liquid with gas to determine the volume displaced by the sample This method can avoid testing errors caused by sample dissolution in the immersion method and has the advantage of not damaging the sample. Because gas can penetrate the extremely small pores and irregular pores on the surface of the sample, the measured sample volume is closer to the true volume of the sample, which can be used to calculate the density of the sample. The test value is also closer to the true density of the sample
